We are delighted to welcome you to our Club and hope that the following information will assist in ensuring you all have a very enjoyable day.

It is the responsibility of the organiser to circulate the following information to all participants of the visiting group.

1. Directions
Please see map. Organisers are requested to advise their Members to allow at least half an hour on journey times due to heavy local traffic in the morning.

2. Clubhouse
The Clubhouse opens at 7.00 a.m. and the Professional's Shop at 7.30 a.m.

3. Car Park
Visitors are required to use the designated car park beyond the Clubhouse. The Club accepts no liability for damage or vandalism to, or theft from, cars parked at these premises.

4. Caddies
Caddies are available if booked in advance through the Caddy Master - telephone 020 8336 7610.

5. Order of Play
a) Tee times having been allocated, any reduction in numbers will involve an alteration to tee times which must be agreed with the office.

NB: Please note that the tee is reserved for Coombe Hill Golf Club Members between 12 noon and 2.00 p.m.

b) Only one starting tee may be utilised, except by prior arrangement.

c) Only wide wheeled trolleys are permitted on the course.

6. Standard of Play/Etiquette

Coombe Hill is very proud of its course and visitors are required to observe all rules of etiquette. Consideration for other players, raking bunkers, replacing divots, repairing pitchmarks, etc. must be adhered to at all times.

7. Dress Code

We would respectfully ask that you observe our dress code, as follows :

Dress in the Clubhouse

· Jacket and tie are required to be worn at evening and lunchtime in the Dining Room. Visitors attending an informal lunch in the Lounge are requested to change from their morning golf attire but are not required to wear a jacket and tie.

· Jeans, collarless or denim shirts, trainers, tracksuits are not permitted.

· Hats may not be worn in the Clubhouse.

· Gentlemen are not permitted to wear shorts in the Clubhouse.

Dress on the Course

· Jeans, collarless or denim shirts, trainers, tracksuits are not permitted.

· Trousers should not be tucked into socks.

· Shirts should be worn tucked in at all times.

· In the summer months, tailored shorts may be worn on the course. However, they should be of reasonable length and worn with knee length socks.

8. Mobile Telephones

Please note that the use of mobile phones is not permitted either in the Clubhouse or on the course but may be carried on the course, switched off, and used only in medical emergencies.

9. Golf Clubs

For security reasons, clubs and bags should not be left unattended, in particular at the front of the Clubhouse. It is recommended that they are left either in, or in the vicinity of, the Caddy Master's Office. The Club accepts no liability for any property lost or stolen from its premises.

10. Bookings

Bookings must be confirmed, in writing, together with a £100 deposit. The deposit is non-returnable should the booking be cancelled. Advice of final numbers attending must be given at least 3 days before your meeting. Any reduction in numbers following the 3-day period will be charged for in full.

11. Settlement of Accounts

All accounts should be settled on the day with the Assistant Secretary, or if invoiced following the meeting, within one month of the date of the meeting.
